<p><b>Página nova</b></p><div>Existe um recurso que em alguns casos pode ajudar no atendimento ao cliente, principalmente se a empresa trabalhar com tabelas e prazos específicos por cliente. Este recurso chamamos de "Visita de Atendimento ao Cliente", ou simplesmente "Visita".<br />

Para habilitar o uso de "Visita" será necessário habilitar o parâmetro "Informa Visita de Atendimento ao Cliente:" no parâmetro de empresa e definir se o uso será ou não obrigatório.<br />

Quando a opção for Sim (opcional) o vendedor poderá ou não optar por trabalhar com visita, mas é importante saber que, caso o cliente escolhido tenha tabelas de preços e prazos diferenciados os valores dos produtos/carrinho poderão ser alterados ao gerar a venda e informar o cliente.<br />
